We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Brand & Communication team, to grow Printlab brand presence and support the company’s products various social media management and optimisation in Indonesia.

 

You will be responsible to build Printlab and drive marketing efficiency through social media. With your passion and enthusiasm in social media as a marketing communication tool, you will create outstanding content across Printlab social media platforms and implement best practices to achieve the best results in audience engagement and bring business impact.

In this role, you will:

​

• Handling design for social media

• Manage web design

• Handling design for any other campaign or event for Marketing

• Work closely with Social Media Strategist to build and execute 1 strategy for social media channels

• Schedule and publish consistent & meaningful content across social media platforms, including writing & developing social media posts, improving audience engagement and executing social media campaigns

• Track and analyze weekly analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, audience, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments in Growth team and beyond to support mission and the business

 

Requirements:

​

• Proven graphic designing experience

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• 0-2 years of experience in social media management

• Familiarity with social media channels, features and metrics

• Understand how to craft content, find topics and angles that engage the audience

• Able to create and implement new ideas in projects and campaigns

• A team player, but also a self-starter

• Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work

• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
